Pricing
CCT reserve the right to revise prices with or without notice. In the even that byer is given notice the price change shall be effective as of date set forth in notice; if no notice is given, the price in effect as of the date of scheduled delivery.
Claims
The seller shall not be liable in and aspect of advice given for fixing, sealing or cleaning of good, nor shall the seller be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the buyer as a result of the product purchased.

The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the product supplied is to be installed or applied by experienced and licensed trades and that the application of the product are within the relevant Australian Standards or manufacture directions of use.

A breach of the above clause will void any claims by the Byer against the Seller regarding the product purchase.
A site fee will apply should no fault be warranted against the Seller of supply of the product in the sum of $150-$200 within Central Coast, Newcastle/Hunter region and Sydney region. Additional cost also may be included beyond these areas at the Seller’s discretion.

Payment
Goods remain the property of Central Coast Tiles P/L (herein as the “Seller”), until paid in full by the purchaser of the goods (herein as the “Buyer”). When the goods are ready for collection, any monies owed on the goods – must be settled within 48hrs. The Seller will only negotiate holding goods on the Buyers behalf, if the goods are paid in full. ​

All goods require a 50% deposit to initiate your order with balance payable prior to collection or delivery.

All goods are subject to GST

Apon payment client accepts the terms and conditions listed in this document.
Returns
All sales are final for unused tiles, leftovers, or items returned due to a change of mind. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
Availability
All products are subject to availability and may experience delays of up to 12 weeks. The Seller will inform the Buyer of any delays as soon as they are made aware by the wholesaler or manufacturer. The Seller will not be responsible for any costs arising from these delays.
Direct Deposits
In the case of Direct Deposit or Cheque payment methods, the goods will not be available for collection or delivery until the funds have cleared – Which may take up to 3 business days.
Collections
1. You may elect to collect purchased goods from the Supplier’s warehouse. While the Suppliers representatives will use their best endeavors to assist you, the Supplier will not be held liable in any way whatsoever for any damage that may be caused as a result of, but not limited to, improper weight distribution of the goods and goods that are not stored correctly for transport. Once the goods have been collected, the goods are deemed to be delivered once loaded onto the Buyers arranged transport.

2. Please note that if you plan to collect your tiles by hand, it’s advisable to have someone assist you, especially if you are not comfortable lifting heavy items. Each box can weigh up to 32kgs, making them quite heavy and awkward to manage. It is essential to secure your tiles properly in your vehicle as transporting them unsecured can be dangerous. Please remember that we are unable to assist loading due to OH&S policies, so loading is at your own risk.

Pick up times: Monday - Friday 9am-2.30pm
Saturday: 9-11am only
Deliveries
Delivery of goods is considered effective once they are made available for unloading at the designated delivery point. Please make sure you have flat access as goods are heavy. We will ensure delivery to an external location with easy access, but please note that we cannot enter any premises or move the goods beyond the external delivery point—delivery is to kerb only. For liability reasons, we cannot enter properties. Please ensure that payment is completed at least 72 hours prior to delivery, as goods cannot be loaded until payment has cleared. Additionally, if delivery is refused, we will need to reschedule and charge for the incurred costs of a futile trip.
Storage
If the goods are ready for collection, and the Buyer requests the goods to be held we may agree to do so if storage space is available and this may incur a storage fee. Such goods will be held at the Buyers risk and CCT accepts no liability for loss or damage. Charges will apply if goods are not collected within 14 days unless otherwise agreed with Management. Storage fees are $40 per pallet, per week – Payable upon release.
Inspection
Inspection goods for any damage or defects should be carried out on collection/delivery. Any damages must be reported to the Seller within 7 days of purchase and any returns must be delivered back to the Seller within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as when sold, with original packaging.
Professional Consultation
Information provided by representatives of Central Coast Tiles P/L is considered general information. We advise that you consult a licensed professional regarding your own circumstances. All quantities must be confirmed by your builder/tiler. We accept no responsibility for incorrect qtys.
Ceramic & Porcelain
Ceramic and porcelain tiles have shade and size variations within every production batch. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to fully inspect the goods on collection/delivery.
Natural Stone
Natural stone is subject to variation in colour, texture, tone & shading. Before installation, crates & boxes must be mixed to create a natural blend before fixing. Pitting, fissures, veining & chips are all characteristics of natural stones & must be expected. It is recommended that you seek advice on pre sealing, sealing & adhesive requirements for the chosen products. Once material has been laid - it is deemed accepted. No claims will be considered.

CCT accepts no responsibility in respect to any minor variations between samples shown to the buyer and actual supplied product. The buyer waves any claim against CCT for any such variation.
Liability
Central Coast Tiles P/L accepts no liability for goods that have been permanently fixed. No claims will be considered after installation. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect goods prior to installation and any defected products should be returned to the Seller with the original boxes, to be replaced, within 14 business days.
