Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy — Interior Design Services: Exclusive to Registered Builders This service is offered exclusively to registered builders and construction partners. Bookings from private individuals, homeowners, or non-trade clients will not be accepted. Booking Confirmation A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. Availability is limited and allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. Non-Refundable Payments All payments made to secure a design consultation or project slot are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, rescheduling, or change of circumstances. This includes deposits, partial payments, and full payments. Rescheduling Reschedule requests may be considered at CCTSW's discretion, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not guarantee a refund or credit if a new date cannot be arranged. Design Ownership All designs, concepts, and materials produced as part of this service remain the intellectual property of CCTSW. Builders are granted a license to use the design for the agreed project only. Reproduction, resale, or use of designs for any other project without written consent from CCTSW is strictly prohibited. Cancellations by CCTSW In the rare event that CCTSW must cancel or reschedule a booking, an alternative date will be offered. No cash refunds will be issued. Acceptance of Terms By proceeding with a booking, the builder confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy in full.
